Granny Squares are so versatile in crochet. You can make blankets, bags, cardigans- anything and everything! Follow along with the tutorial on my Youtube Channel.
Set Up:
Ch3. 2dc into 3ed chain from hook, [ch2, 3dc] 3x, ch2, sl st into top of last ch st. Sk 1, sl st in 2ed dc, sl st into ch 2 sp.
Round 1: ch2, [3dc, ch2, 3d, ch1] into each ch2 sp. Sl st into top of 1st dc, sk1, sl st into 3ed dc, sl st into ch 2 sp.
Round 2: ch2, [ {3dc, ch2, 3dc} into ch2 sp, ch1, 3dc in each ch1 sp until next ch 2 sp] all the way around, sl st into 1st dc, sk 1, sl st into 3ed dc, sl st into ch 2 sp.
And thats it! You can use this granny square for so many things!
