Wip Wednesday

Midweek! I have to say since Christmas, my knitting mojo has kinda been lacking. I have a lot of projects I want to do, but nothing really ‘exciting’, if that makes sense. Though, I really want these things and I love them…hmm, I don’t know. I guess it’s not the project’s fault and just my lack of motivation right now. All well, it will work out.

Anyway, here are my wips!

1: Brioche Hat

Since September, I got access to Craftsy classes and decided to look into the brioche ones! I’ve worked brioche in the past, but as a reminder I decided to do an easy class and work up a hat in the round. Then I realized the pattern was for one color brioche, so in true free form fashion I 1) ditched the pattern 2) am using two color brioche and promptly messing up my beginning of round and hoping I can figure out how to decrease with two colors.

Shouldn’t be hard, right?

2: Second Sock

Have to knit the second sock. I know once I start it will fly and yet I have not done so.

This sock is my Short Cut Heel Sock Recipe, and the pattern is coming out FRIDAY! Oh, I can’t wait! Be sure to watch my Instagram for the release AND to get a promo code!

Well, that’s all for this Wednesday. Do you have any wips? I’d love to hear about them!
